Privacy

The short version

This site has no accounts, advertising, analytics beacons, email capture, or form submission. Sensory words and optional 0–10 ratings stay in the current page session and are not sent to the site operator.

What stays on your device

The site can save two small pieces of information in your browser’s local storage: whether optional guidance or generated ambience is enabled, and a cumulative count of exercises completed on that device. The count is used only to show a quiet local return message; there are no dates, streaks, reminders, or account identifiers.

Anything you type during an exercise, along with optional before-and-after ratings, is held in page memory only. It disappears when you refresh or close the page and is not persisted or transmitted.

Offline files

After the first visit, a service worker may cache the site’s static files — such as the page, styles, script, icons, legal pages, and printable QR code — so the exercise can open without a network connection. This offline cache does not contain your typed words or ratings. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the cache, preferences, and local completion count.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like other web hosts, Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, device or browser details, and security events, for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and operational logging. That processing is governed by Cloudflare’s own privacy terms.

External links and phone actions

Source and crisis links lead to other services with their own privacy practices. Tapping a phone link, including 988, hands the action to your device or telecom provider; the call or text does not pass through this site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above will be updated. The site will not quietly add tracking, advertising, account creation, or transmission of exercise entries without first changing both the product and this notice.
